It is most important that the information provided is correct, as once the information is submitted to the Registrar of Companies, it cannot be changed until after Incorporation of the Company and unfortunately will incur extra charges.

Once the application is submitted to us with our fee we will then proceed with the name reservation.

When this has been approved, we will then forward copies of Director, Shareholder and Constitution for signing by all parties concerned and must be returned to our office as soon as possible to enable us to finalise the Incorporation.

We will then send a folder with copies of all signed documents, which must be kept at the Registered Office address, and any future correspondence to do with the Company must be kept in the file.

• you need a minimum of one director and one shareholder with a minimum of 100 shares to form a Company.

• all copies will be forwarded to whom is concerned for signing, you must return the appropriate documentation
